Another trawl guy.
"Another trawl guy" whose employer represents coastal villages located along the central Bering Sea.
Coastal Villages CDQ group — who Rudy works for — has proven themselves to be every bit as good of stewards of the Bering Sea seafood resources and habitat as the hard-on-bottom Amendment 80 trawl guys from Puget Sound — and that's a rather pathetic thought.
