Injunction sought against troll fishery

Wild Fish Conservancy is seeking an injunction to block the summer Chinook salmon fishery in federal waters off Southeast Alaska. The environmental organization says the fishery poses a starvation threat to endangered Southern Resident killer whales.

So...65% of Alaskan fish are caught by Washington residents, but their worried that Alaskans are intercepting Washington's Salmon...huh.

Good response letter by the trollers, they really made Puget Sound seem like a toxic waste shit hole.
