Section 70305 of the bill allows processors to deduct the cost of meals served to workers on vessels and in processing plants.
It's a tax break the processors have been chasing for years, as evidenced by this congressional press release from 2021.

Now they won't have to eat prison food, that the USDA provides, with your tax dollars.
Believe you could do this a decade ago, but was eliminated when Silicon Valley tech companies started offering lavish food at their job sites to salaried employees.
Would guess this tax break is under $20 million a year.
