How is any progress possible with Balsiger o the Commission?

He is responsible for the lowered coverage on gulf of Alaska trawlers.

Politics has gotten to be a real drag. No way, no how can you think it's legit that the fox be in charge of the chickens.

Not to worry. It won't be long before the fox eats all of the chickens and someone will write a book called "Halibut" Think 'Cod' or 'King of fish'. It truly is disgraceful that those who benefit the most by catching the resource are the same people who regulate the federal water fisheries. Thank goodness for the Alaska Board of Fish. It is not perfect, but at least it has constitutional and statutory mandates that suggest that the fish come first.
