All sorts of commodities — from apples to poultry to soybeans — receive federal funding for overseas marketing.

It seems since ASMI has started it might have helped the processors but it sure hasn't helped the price to the fisherman.
We need to see metrics on where these dollars are making a positive financial impact. Processor, fisherman, distributor, retailer, foodservice — who wins in this spend.
