Buying pink salmon with taxpayer money I can get, but buying sockeye is a little over the top. Who gets that product? Another waste, you can buy 4:1 pink or chum and feed way more needy people.

I want them to buy as much of every kind as possible — preferably every bit of the inventory. And buy all those old frozen Bristol Bay reds too! And all those old nasty ones for $14 a pound my grocery store has.

Just add the $100 million to the $34 trillion deficit, with $870 billion on servicing this debt as the Congressional Budget Office reports for the upcoming fiscal year. Here a million, there a billion, pretty soon it's another trillion.

Ya got to love the cheap fish, to go with your USDA cheese and crackers!
