Hmm.
Through the years, I've wondered what this organization does. What would a bunch of (fish buyers?) talk about. What are their issues.

Congratulations to Kimball, she is well educated in the Federal process and understands the State's policies. Got to wonder why the change of position is occurring now? Could there be a bit of contention with the States policies or maybe Commissioner Coten positions maybe more difficult to understand, even more difficult then when he was on the Council as a representative.
