These picks, if confirmed by the U.S. commerce secretary, would take the seats of John Jensen and Andy Mezirow, whose terms end on Aug. 10.

Read the letter again, Wes. The controversy here is that the governor did not give the nod to Moller, he gave it to both Jensen and Moller and basically said to the secretary: "You choose."

I'm tired of hearing about appointing a tribal rep.

Why are you tired of hearing about appointing a tribal rep?

Yes, the guv's letter requests the secretary of commerce appoint either Moller or Jensen.

Which raises the question: Why in the wild wild world of sports would Gov. Dumbleavy cede the choice to Sleepy Joe?

8:41 p.m., I'm not tired of it. My quote marks were in the wrong place. I think Dunleavy is tired of hearing about it, so he is basically saying to the secretary: "If that's what you want, you choose."
