Don't spend on 'ocean zoning,' Begich says

Here's an interesting letter from Sen. Mark Begich, D-Alaska.

With so many pigs in the same trogh, zoning is inevitable...even in AK. National parks are the model...beginning in the early 20th century...along with acquaculture coming in your neighborhood. Resource extraction has to be regulated...supply and demand.

Wake up Alaskans. Aquaculture is coming, a group from norway, israel, and other wealthy investors have figured a way to own the oceans protein. And it looks to be easy. Currently, wild resource extraction by Alaskas' unlicensed captains running unchecked operations where drug and alchohol abuse rules who then pass their catch on to even more drug infested hands of seafood processors do not operate a drug free workplace either, will flush this industry down the toilet. From top to bottom, a dirty business. If so, then Whose fish is really drug free?
