The U.S. Coast Guard has released the names of the missing people:

Travis Kapp
Jacob Hannah
Alex Ireland
Emilio Celaya-Talamanter
Michael Brown

A Coast Guard spokeswoman advises the names are "pending verification internally and with the Alaska State Troopers for accuracy."

Kapp, of Sitka, is the owner of the F/V Wind Walker, the Alaska Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission database shows.

WIND WALKER
A crewmember experienced a medical issue, and the vessel
requested a MEDEVAC. The vessel arrived in port prior to a Coast Guard response.
