Peter Pan Seafood has been hit with two more lawsuits in Alaska courts.
On Thursday, RLB Vessel LLC filed a complaint for foreclosure.
On Friday, Northern Sales Co. filed a complaint for debt collection.
Another lawsuit was filed today against Peter Pan Seafood. The plaintiffs are Arctic Lady Enterprises, Arctic North LLC and Nordic Star Fisheries Inc.
Yet another lawsuit has been filed in Anchorage Superior Court:
F/V Winter Bay LLC v. Peter Pan Seafood Co.
The docket describes it as a "complaint for contract."
