Doesn't it actually say that he was appointed as "acting" commissioner of F&G??
ACTING commissioner.
Maybe the combined Boards of Fisheries and Wildlife will forward his name, among others, to the governor for consideration. And maybe they won't
But in the meantime, have fun, Doug - this ought to be quite a ride.
