Fix those buoys!

State Sen. Forrest Dunbar, D-Anchorage, has introduced a resolution urging Congress and NOAA to address outages of key weather and wave buoys including the Seal Rocks Buoy at Hinchinbrook Entrance, where oil tankers pass.

    NOAA has money to waste on nonsense consultants but can't find the money to fix infrastructure.

    NOAA has always been underfunded. But doesn't matter much anymore. President Elon and the Senile Orangeman don't see much of a use for it.
