Silver Bay Seafoods says it will acquire processing plants at Dillingham and Port Moller, adding: "As part of this acquisition, Silver Bay has committed to participating in the working group formed by Rodger May to address the future of the former Peter Pan Seafoods facility in King Cove."
When Pan American Fisheries started, 1899-1965, they had one little plant in Washington. Pete Zuanich at the Port of Bellingham, stated in the Herald "a wounderful piece of property at a fair price." that is now the Alaska Ferry Terminal. Petersburg was sold to Bob Thorstensen, and that's not related in any kind of business model of Bobbyt.
