Farmed salmon? How about sablefish instead?

Here's an interesting column today in The Seattle Times.

Sablefish is a much better choice than anything. But it's, what, three to four times the price?

Sablefish is affordable now. Dock price is really low for fishermen but not a bad deal for consumers.

If the dollar continues to weaken, it will drive up dockside prices. The prices need to be low for another two to three years, I think, to gain traction broadly in the domestic market.

Respectfully, I am not seeing this, at the store at least. If you know where I can get some in Seattle....
