A big new bycatch report

    Alaska Democratic Rep. Mary Peltola, who's in a tough fight for reelection, takes note of the report and seems to claim credit for a huge reduction in chum salmon bycatch.

    The only reason for less bycatch is the lack of abundance of prohibited fish.
