This is bullshit. I understand that they want to compel people to comply, but they are threaten imprisonment of 10 years and $2.5M in fines in the acknowledgment form. A lot of the mandate criteria is subjective and up for interpretation.
These type of things are just what over- zealous and over needy enforcement guys look closely at. From CG Safety clowns to NMFS wanna be FBI agents, this is a recipe for lots of issues.Total B.S.
After electing 8th grade dropouts, why expect they could even read the Alaska or Federal Constitution. "The legislature shall provide for the promotion and protection of public health...Free access to the navigable or public waters of the State, as defined by the legislature, shall not be denied any citizen of the United States or resident of the State, except that the legislature may by general law regulate and limit such access for other beneficial uses or public purposes...Laws and regulations governing the use or disposal of natural resources shall apply equally to all persons similarly situated with reference to the subject matter and purpose to be served by the law or regulation..."
Interesting how the people here that like massive fines and jail time don't even know basic punctuation. These idiots are likely the uneducated Walmart slobs most responsible for spreading the virus. Go back to watching CNN and posting your BS on facebook.
