A Bering Sea tragedy

The Coast Guard has suspended the search for the F/V Destination, which apparently sank over the weekend near St. George Island.

The crew of six remains missing.

    This is a great tragedy. The Destination was a well maintained boat with owners who didn't cut any corners with regard to safety. Jeff, the skipper, had years of experience and was very competent. A terrible loss.
