Residency claims - there is a court case on June 22 in Juneau for this very issue. Like the memo indicates, it is much easier to prosecute when there are competing claims in two states.
Yes, let the Alaskan State Patrol handle it. I wonder how big their piggy bank is. Better yet, let us spend more dollars on another non-issue, like outside consultants, at $35,000 per month, to help with the gas pipeline, that will never happen, cause there is less expensive gas available, for the next 50 years. Oh, we have so much money in reserve, let us spend it all, and then the legislature in Juneau, will have to go home, since there will be no more money to pay their stipend. What a bunch of no counts!
Do the fake Alaska council members from carefree Arizona claim Alaska residency? Doesnt matter if they vote exactly as commissioner cotton says- then no investigation. But if they don't, watch out, cotton's team at adfg will surprisingly uncover the fact that they are living in carefree Arizona and be prosecuted. Knowing that, why would they dare disappoint Cotton?
Why don't you come to Homer and do your own residency investigation, Mr. Anonymous? Go knock on his door and maybe he'll ask you in for coffee and you can grill him at length. Your comments--to put it politely-- are ill-informed, to say the least.
the state is one broke ass loser

ReplyDeleteWhat a waste, there is no way they will collect enough money to cover the investigation costs. At best it will be a wash.

ReplyDelete@7:49 You clearly know nothing, and you should be embarrassed to put your ignorance up for public display.
