How much should anyone put into this forecast? Let's look at last year.,the Dept was only off about 75 percent. Anyone who makes important business decisions based on these " guesses" is taking a real risk. We have no clue what happens to salmon once they enter the ocean environment. None! Yet the Dept continues to make these inaccurate guesses. And they never are accountable for their mistakes. We are! Need new leadership starting with the Commissioner. Maybe Walker will have the courage to clean house of these so called experts and give us a fresh start.
