Standing by at Sitka

The Sitka herring fleet will go on two-hour notice effective at 8 a.m. Thursday.

    maybe this year that bio mass out in Sitka sound will turn out to be herring instead of cod?did adfg set this years quota on that supposed bio mass?there should be a lawsuit on this very assumption, to stop this travesty!
