S.E.A.S should work on allowing salmon seiners to travel from Area to Area(same year /same vessel)if they have the permits, like the Herring circuit. If not why allow vessels to fish Puget Sound and Alaska salmon I also think we should work on lowering or abolishing the 3% enhancement to equal out the buyback. Thanks to all who have put so much work into accomplishing the buyback... except Rob Zuanich F--KING SCUMBAG)
Seems rather criminal that those selling out had a right to vote in this whole boondoggle. But, i guess if you spend decades on your knees greasing chodes you can make a scam like this appear 'legal'.
can robb knob really look himself in the mirror he put his shoe soles in wrong suppuse to make him taller but made him shorter now he cant se himself nice knob rob the z fleet are impalling themselves in disbelief
What a scam. I believe the average bid was over 200k. No one has ever paid that much for a s.e. card. What a nice way to push the younger aspiring fisherman aside and make their hurdle a little higher. Salmon are a public resource not a private retirement account. 3% is gonna suck. Adam Smith was a smart guy, Rob Zaunich and the buyback mafia are greedy dumb ass's.
SEAS DID A GREAT JOB ON THE SE BUYBACK PROGRAM, CONGRATS. I WOULD LIKE TO THINK THAT THE SAME OPTION SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO PWS.I THINK THE SITUATION IN PWS (TOO MANY BOATS FOR THE SIZE OF THE AREA)IS PRIME FOR THE SUBJECT.THE 3% ASSESSMT WOULD NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO PAY OFF. JL
No, wait !!! lets make area transfer ok first , since se did all the work. Pws guys bought skiffs on their big year, se guys bought boats, skiffs, and pwss permits on theirs . Have fun up there!
