How ironic. The International Pacific Halibut Commission meeting in Victoria, British Columbia talking about halibut. For years Victoria, BC has dumped it's raw sewage from a city of thousands out into the Straits of Juan De Fuca, which borders Washington state. I hope they had local halibut for dinner.
