Off they go!

A 12-hour season opener starts at 7 this morning for Copper River gillnetters.

And so begins another summer of salmon in Alaska.

    Good luck today. The weather forecast looked pretty gnarly for the outside waters....don't know if the inside waters were closed for this period or not.
