So all real losses should be covered. If this is so, then this is nothing more than a quick pay day for the lawyers. Uh...right...<br /><br />They are suing the boat owner, the company who leased the boat's services (Trident), AND the salvage crew. <br /><br />Then their lawyer states that "many more" will be named?<br /><br />Who is left to sue? The dude who sold the gas to everyone? The companies who made the parts for each ship? Maybe they should sue the bears!<br /><br />Seriously, reading between the lines is easy on this one.
