More council news

Washington Gov. Bob Ferguson has nominated Jamie Goen for a second term on the North Pacific Fishery Management Council.

  1. Jaime Goen and the crab NGO that she runs have received more than a half million dollars in foundation funding since she got on the Council. She is literally being paid to push the objectives of the Moore and Walton Foundations. How are fishermen ok with this?

    4. And let's not forget she was a speaker at this event sponsored by Ocean Conservancy! I wonder if Becca has finally forgiven her for poaching her council seat

    1. You're right! It only pays her $250k salary for two years and then she'll have to find some more $$

  3. Funny how she has settled comfortably into that seat after bad mouthing the Council process for the last fifteen years.
