Just like every other task force, roundtable, or discussion group on bycatch this one doesn't have any authority to do anything. Window dressing.
How come Dunleavy put so many Murkowski supporters on this list?
Nice to see bycatch is on the radar, but this looks like another one of the endless discussions that will be co-opted by industry insiders.
